Our Story
MIDI Method started training innovators in the public, private and university sectors in 2009. Year after year, the method, experiences, tools and learning process evolved, to reach a point where it can be available to all people in organisations as a collective, or for those who follow a more personal path.
Step 1: Planning Meeting
First of all, we would need to know more about your goals, L&D strategy if you have one and the results you wish to see in your teams and departments.
Based on this we determine segments, duration, contents and prices and develop an action plan and a SOW (statement of work).
Step 2: Design and Implement the Learning Journey
Our expert Learning Experience Designers will work in creating the programmes with all types of activities (workshops, trips, visits, contents, digital, etc.) for each segment in your organisation according to your L&D objectives.
In this phase, we define contents, dates, and instructors and implement the activities.
Step 3: Tests, Badges and Certificates
The final phase consists of the final implementation of reports, papers, tests, deliveries and evaluation. Digital badges and certificate awarding for all participants according to their performance, commitment and results.
