¿What is the MiDi Method about?

Methodologies

The MIDI method integrates diverse research approaches with Design Thinking to drive real-world innovation, emphasizing the development of a transformative mindset.

Mindset

MIDI reshapes your mindset by providing immersive experiences that foster fresh insights, enhance creativity, and build resilience.

How to do it

Step 1
Planning Meeting

We start by understanding your goals, L&D strategy, and desired outcomes for your teams. Together, we’ll define segments, duration, content, and pricing to create a tailored action plan and Statement of Work (SOW).

Step 2
Design & Launch

Our expert Learning Experience Designers craft customized programs featuring workshops, trips, digital content, and more—all aligned with your L&D objectives. We’ll finalize content, schedules, and instructors, then bring the plan to life.

Step 3
Results

The journey concludes with evaluations, reports, and deliverables. Participants earn digital badges and certificates based on their performance, commitment, and results, celebrating their growth and achievements.

For organizations, we co-create group certification programs aligned with your L&D strategy and employee goals. Each activity is evaluated, and tokens awarded certify progress. Our certifications are compatible with institutional, national, and international standards.
